Most companies today will tell you how they put their customers first, but how can you tell if that's true or simply more sales and marketing spin?

To find out, we run our own customer survey on a continual basis, quietly and politely asking several hundred people each week: "How did we do?"

The feedback we get from this is invaluable. Firstly, we're delighted to say that, overwhelmingly, we get more positive feedback than negative - and secondly, when a customer does tell us that they're not happy with something, we are able to react quickly and do whatever we can to put things right.

For us, customer satisfaction is not simply a tick-box, it's critical to our success. If you're not happy, we don't have a business, it's that simple.
